10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

CREC shall have the right to transfer Your Account and Account Information to a third party who purchases CREC’s business as conducted under the Website.
- Grievance Officer: In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules made thereunder, the Grievance Officer of CREC for the purpose of this Agreement shall be Ian Padua with email address: email@example.com. Snapdeal may change the aforesaid details from time to time under intimation to You.
22. Disclaimer Of Warranties & Liability
